Jonni hails from Yorkshire, land of the infamous pudding!
His parent were hospitality professionals, so he was working restaurants and bars since he was 13.
Most of his time spent in the kitchen was with his mother who was famous for her pastry. Jonni learned well, and learned from the best!
John has had his own restaurants for the last 20 years.
