Summer Sparkling Bar at Sunset Wine!
Castelli Estate is a winery in Denmark that has taken out countless awards, medals and trophies, and have received critical acclaim from Australia’s top wine journalists – including Ray Jordan’s ‘Most Promising Producer’ and James Halliday ratings; ‘5 Star Winery’ & ‘Best by Region’. Their Checkmate Sparkling Pinot has a delicate mousse and attractive aromas of brioche, white peach and cashew with a hint of strawberries coming through.
The Sparkling Rosé is a vegan friendly, methode traditionelle Sparkling made from 100% Shiraz with an attractive pink colour and a hint of sweetness and is from Garbin Estate. Garbin Estate was founded in 1956 and is a family-owned winery that produces a range of award-winning premium boutique red and white wines, specialising in bottle-fermented “methode traditionelle” sparkling styles.
The Sparkling Pet Nat (Petillant Naturel) is 100% Pinot Noir and made with minimal intervention; natural/indigenous ferments, no fining or filtration, no additions at all except sulphur dioxide. This is the same for everything Brave New Wine’s produce and as a result Brave New Wine were finalists for Young Gun of Wine Awards 2016 & 2017 and awarded winner of “Danger Zone” Award Young Gun of Wine 2017.
Geographe’s Moojelup Farm is a boutique winery that produces premium wines. Their reds are handmade on site, using open fermentation and basket pressing, producing full bodied wines of distinctive varietal style, fruit intensity and regional character. Their highly regarded Sparkling Shiraz is hand-made in the methode traditionelle and is their flagship wine.
