UnWined Subiaco Serious About Success

UnWined celebrates its sixth year in October and represents the largest presentation of Western Australian wines in a public event staged in the Perth metro area. CMS Events are proud of where it sits in the market place and are serious about continuing its success.

The development of the event as a true exhibition was hatched by the company late in 2010 with the name put forward by the newly appointed event coordinator Jessica Ferrinda (nee Bland). Jess has grown with the event and is seen very much part of its history. She now is the event manager ensuring the delivery to exhibitors and the public remains at the highest possible standard.

With the audiences for wine and food events changing over the years, attendees not only want to taste the offerings on show, but they also need to be entertained and be seen as part of a larger social occasion. CMS have worked hard to maintain a balance, especially with their UnWined event in Subiaco.

It is about delivering sales and growth to boutique companies, building a destination event for Subiaco and providing an excellent event for the public which they enjoy and value.

UnWined is perfectly placed for wineries just prior to the summer season sales, and assists in the release and promotion of the new and award winning wines. Food is critical and provides great support for the event. Learning about and discovering this produce is also important to those attending and is a great showcase for their own understanding of the market and guides their potential purchases.

The organisers are very conscious of building a sustainable event that grows and is shaped by those participating. It is a serious wine and food event, with a focus on enjoyment!
