Who we are
CMS Events
CMS Events have been well established (since 1993) in the events industry in Western Australia, specialising in consumer exhibitions and events, especially those that are food and wine based. They have also included from time to time, specific client conferences, gala dinners and seminars.
With a sound background of operating events and exhibitions, they have used the broad knowledge of marketing, sales, operations and financial control to apply their skills across a range of industries and styles of events.
The company’s experience provides nearly 30 years of knowledge and over 170 exhibitions and projects. CMS Events offer a strategic approach to development, management and marketing for events of any size.

Richard Campbell
Director
Richard has been involved in the industry for 40 years, starting in 1981 in a part time capacity, then full time since 1987. He created CMS Events in 1993 and founded the original WA Wine & Food Festival, before being sold to the Good Food & Wine Show. His experience has been built through the management and involvement of more than 200 events and exhibitions, many created by the company. His role is recognised across a range of disciplines in the events industry which encompasses the promotion of food, wine, tourism, ageing, events and many more.
Paige Stirton
Event Manager
Paige trained at the Central Institute of Technology in Event Management. She commenced with CMS in 2016 and has worked through all aspects of the business from Operations to Sales and Marketing. She has since grown in her role as the Event Manager where her ability to deal at all levels for the company and work with major stakeholders in the company projects makes her an invaluable team member.


Jess Saunders
Event & Marketing Manager
Jess started with CMS Events back in 2018 and has since moved into the marketing role, whilst assisting with the event operations. Her ability to deal with event organisers, chefs, venues and stakeholders of the events at all levels provides a great first impression for both new and existing clients. Jess completed a Bachelor of Business – Event Management at Edith Cowan University.
Catherine Daniels
Sales & Production Manager
Cath is a the newest member of the team having recently come from managing a performing arts venue in the Perth Hills since 2011. She has an extensive background in events and wine marketing through working at Swan Valley wineries for over ten years prior. She also provides a great background in administration, graphics and business, having established a graphic design studio in Subiaco. Cath adds an allrounder skillset to CMS and has a passion for successful events. As the key client contact, she is excited to support the team across the company projects.


Aanya Brennan
Event Coordinator
Aanya is the newest member of CMS Events, bringing a wealth of knowledge from her studies at North Metropolitan Tafe, where she completed her Diploma of Event Management. Her exceptional communication skills make her an asset when liaising with stakeholders and organizers within our events. Aanya’s diverse background and skills make her a valuable addition to the team.
Jay Pustkuchen
Onsite Operations Manager
Jay has been involved on the operations side of events for ten years, initially with Agility Event Logistics, then Perth Convention and Exhibition Centre and now as a freelance operator where he holds the necessary high-risk work licenses. Jay plays a critical role in the on-site build and operations for events and has worked with CMS Events for six years. He holds tickets for the necessary machinery and equipment at events and has a great understanding of contractors and freight providers which allow him to work autonomously during the critical event build stage. He is very flexible and has a very strong work ethic in getting the job done on time and safely.
