Enjoy a delicious three-course lunch full of the flavours and a culinary journey interpreted by renowned Perth chef, Herb Faust, who will bring his own cultural connections into the mix to deliver a fine-dining meal full of delights, accompanied with local wine and beer.

Wendy Hayward, Kaat-Nyiny Yorga artist will talk you through her childhood as you get the chance to relive her culinary journey as a young girl and woman in the Great Southern, when living and eating local produce was a part of life.

Foods will include a tasting plate of yabbies, kangaroo and mushroom to start, then chargrilled duck with quandong and damper and an indulgent dessert!
