Raising the focus on wine producers, food, Subiaco and UnWined Subiaco, the new UnWined Culinary Series has been launched to create a week of unique food and beverage experiences.
The series will be made up of culinary experiences, tastings and UnWined Subiaco commencing the Tuesday prior to UnWined Subiaco and continuing through to the weekend.
You will be able to enjoy the journey of the wine regions of the state, understanding some of their signature wines while also tasting and experiencing beer and other beverages, paired with WA produce.

After a week of enjoying some of the best that WA has to offer, why not reward yourself with a bone marrow bourbon luge adventure at Juanita’s? The concept is simple, on arrival you’ll be served a piece of roasted smoked beef bone marrow to lavishly spread on a slice of toast with a neat kentucky bourbon whiskey.
