Where do I buy tickets?

Tickets can be pre purchased online through Humanitix or at the gate on the day.

What is included with my ticket?

General Tasting Ticket

Includes entry, souvenir tasting glass, complimentary wine tastings, complimentary wine locker and DJs.

 

Plumm Tasting Ticket

Includes entry, premium Plumm souvenir tasting glass, complimentary wine tastings, complimentary wine locker and DJs.

Is there complimentary tasters at the festival?

Yes, there is complimentary wine, beer and cider tasters. Spirit tasters are at a cost.

Can I purchase wine at the event?

Yes, wine is available to purchase by the glass at the event. Bottles may be purchased to take home and orders may be placed with wineries for post event delivery.

If I purchase wine at the event, is there somewhere I can store it for the remainder of the day?

Yes. At the front of the venue there is a complimentary Wine Locker storage service available for purchases made at the event.

Can I purchase food at the event?

Yes, food is available to buy at the event. No outside food or drink may be brought into the festival.

Do you accept credit cards and EFTPOS?

Credit cards and EFTPOS are accepted at the ticket desk at the event. Many wineries should also have facilities for wine purchases however cash may be needed in some circumstances. 

Is there an ATM?

There is no ATM within the event. Please bring any cash you may need for the day. Exhibitors may have EFTPOS facilities.

Are tickets refundable?

Pre purchased tickets are non-refundable. Special circumstances may be reviewed on a case by case basis.

If I bought a Friday ticket, can I change it to Saturday (and vis-versa)?

Yes you can change days. Please contact the orgainsers on events@wineandfood.com.au or 9201 9888 to organise.

I can't find my ticket on my email. Can it be re-sent?

Yes the tickets can be re sent, please contact the organisers on events@wineandfood.com.au or 9201 9888

Do you accept companion cards?

Yes. This will need to be provided at the ticket desk.

Will the event be cancelled if there are unfortunate weather circumstances?

The event will go ahead rain, hail or shine.

Are there any age restrictions?

The event is 18+ and ID must be provided on entry. Children are permitted entry when accompanied with a guardian. Children have free entry.

Is there a dress standard?

Neat casual clothing and foot wear is required for the event.

Is smoking permitted at the event?

Smoking is not permitted inside the venue. Pass outs are available.

Are pets allowed?

Pets are not allowed inside the event. Assistance dogs permitted. 

Is there a cloakroom or somewhere to put my bags?

There will be a free Wine Locker service available for purchases made at the event only. Any bags or coats will need to be kept in your possession.

Is first aid available on the site?

Yes, there is a first aid station at the event.

Where can I find lost property?

Please contact the organisers either at the event or after the event on 9201 9888 or events@wineandfood.com.au

Is the site wheelchair friendly?

Yes, however please be aware the event is a grassed venue.

Is there public transport to the event?

Yes, the event is located next to the Perth Train Station and Perth Busport. Plan your journey on Transperth www.transperth.wa.gov.au/Journey-Planner

Is there parking?

Paid on street parking is available in the surrounding city and Northbridge areas for periods ranging up to two hours during the day, with some free parking in the evenings.

You can find longer parking options just a short distance away if you need more time. Visit City of Perth Parking (CPP) or Wilson Parking (WP) for locations, ACROD information, rates, opening hours and available bays.

Is there any other way to the event?

Shofer and Uber is a direct way to get to the event.
